What jobs suit a CK-6150B flat-bed CNC lathe?

How do you pick a flat-bed lathe? Ask three numbers: max swing, between centers, spindle bore. The CK-6150B answers: Φ500mm / 1000mm / Φ82mm — and those three decide which jobs you can even take.

CK-6150B key specs (Rui'an): Φ500mm swing over bed, Φ290mm over cross slide, 1000mm between centers; A2-8 spindle nose with Φ82mm bore — a Φ80mm bar passes straight through for bar-feed automation; 65–1600rpm with geared 3-range + servo stepless spindle for high torque at low speeds; Φ75mm tailstock sleeve, 150mm travel, M5 taper for stable long-shaft work; cast-iron flat-bed for rigidity, easy service, honest price.

Three-line rule:

  1. Swing over Φ420mm or length over 750mm → only the CK-6150B fits;
  2. Roughing steel, interrupted cuts, torque matters → the geared low-speed range is a must;
  3. Need a bore bigger than Φ66mm (e.g. Φ80mm bar) → choose the Φ82mm-bore 6150B.

Not sure? Send the max swing, part length and bar diameter to Rui'an — our engineers reply with a recommendation within 2 hours.
