Ruian Precision’s twin-spindle turn-mill machine combines precision and performance at a competitive price. This twin-spindle machine combines features of gang-tool and sliding-headstock machines for high-precision, high-volume parts. Its side-by-side spindles, specially designed cast bed and base provide a compact, stable structure. The two spindles can turn different parts or identical parts simultaneously. Productivity can be more than 70% higher than a conventional machine; twin spindles and toolholders can double throughput when machining identical parts, while machining different parts on the left and right spindles reduces transfer time between operations.
