The T600-5 is a simultaneous five-axis machining center combining a three-axis high-speed drilling and tapping base with a precision torque-motor cradle. It machines complex, angled and multiple surfaces in one setup. A BT30 direct-drive spindle runs at 20,000 rpm with a 26-position disc magazine; the A axis travels ±120° and the C axis 360°, with pneumatic brakes. The SYNTEC 220MA-5 controller supports RTCP tool-center-point control. It uses NSK/FAG spindle bearings, THK/PMI/HIWIN ball screws and linear guideways, and Schneider electrical components. Machine weight is 3,500 kg, positioning accuracy ±0.005 mm/300 mm and repeatability ±0.003 mm.
